Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Deepal Chand, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for water supply purposes, subject to a right to convey electricity and communications in gross created by Easement Instrument 12510236.1, subject to the Land Covenant created by Easement Instrument 9744285.2 and together with a right of way and right to transmit electricity and telecommunications and computer media created by Easement Instrument 9744285.3 and shall vest in the Far North District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
