Change of Purpose of Reserve—Sala Street, Rotorua District
Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, Rotorua District Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, and pursuant to a resolution dated 13 September 2023, gives notice that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby changed to Local Purpose (Community Housing) Reserve.
