Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 20, and agreements to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road and shall vest in the Dunedin City Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Dunedin City Council; and
3. Pursuant to section 116 declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3) the land comprising the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title OT260/15 (Part Cancelled and Limited as to Parcels), subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991,

from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
