Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hauraki District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 16 March 2022, herby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (municipal) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
