Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Christchurch City Council hereby changes the classification of that part of the local purpose (esplanade) reserve described in the Schedule hereto, to a local purpose (utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
