Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Lake Kaniere Scenic Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the undersigned classifies the reserve described in the Schedule, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act, and further, declares the said reserve form part of the Lake Kaniere Scenic Reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
