Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped, and once stopped, shall be amalgamated with the land comprised in Records of Title SL7C/39 and SL6A/503, and be subject to Mortgage 11795038.5, pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
