Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be acquired for utility purposes (water reservoir) and shall vest in the New Plymouth District Council subject to an existing right to convey water (in gross) T441059.3, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
