Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

1. the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1075488 subject to Mortgage 12246489.6 and also subject to:
1. a right of way in favour of Lots 1, 2 and 3, DP 579425 and Section 2, SO 589899, over part marked RZ on SO 589899, pursuant to the provisions prescribed by the Land Transfer Regulations 2018 and/or Schedule 5 of the Property Law Act 2007, and under the terms, covenants and conditions set out in the Annexure Schedule in Easement Instrument 12671419.5.
2. a right in gross to drain water in favour of Hamilton City Council, over part marked SZ on SO 589899, pursuant to the provisions prescribed by the Land Transfer Regulations 2018 and/or Schedule 5 of the Property Law Act 2007, and under the terms, covenants and conditions set out in the Annexure Schedule in Easement Instrument 12671419.9.
3. a right in gross to convey electricity and telecommunications in favour of Transpower New Zealand Limited, over parts marked SZ and TY on SO 589899, pursuant to the provisions prescribed by the Land Transfer Regulations 2018 and/or Schedule 5 of the Property Law Act 2007, and under the terms, covenants and conditions set out in the Annexure Schedule in Easement Instrument 12671419.10.
2. the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1075487 subject to Mortgage 12246489.6 and also subject to a right in gross to convey electricity and telecommunications in favour of Transpower New Zealand Limited, over part marked TZ on SO 589899, pursuant to the provisions prescribed by the Land Transfer Regulations 2018 and/or Schedule 5 of the Property Law Act 2007, and under the terms, covenants and conditions set out in the Annexure Schedule in Easement Instrument 12671419.10.
