Under section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Gisborne District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 14 September 2023 hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from local purpose (amenity) reserve to recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
