Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand declares that:

1. Pursuant to section 114 of the Act the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is declared road and shall remain vested in Taupo District Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 116 of the Act the portion of road in the Second Schedule to this notice is stopped and, pursuant to section 117(7) of the Act added to the land in Record of Title 943620

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
