Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and with delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Waipā District Council hereby amends the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 June 2013, No. 78, page 2160 by correcting the spelling of the reserve name to:

Eileen Montefiore Reserve.
