Gazette.govt.nzUnder the Conservation Act 1987, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Acting Operations Manager of the Gisborne District of the Department of Conservation, revokes the notice titled “Authorisation of Exchange of Conservation Area for Other Land”, dated 13 September 2022 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 September 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln3928, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Authorisation of Exchange of Conservation Area for Other Land
Under section 16A of the Conservation Act 1987, the Acting Operations Manager of the Gisborne District of the Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of those parts of the Waioeka Conservation Area described in the First Schedule, for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule shall be held for conservation purposes and to form part of the Waioeka Conservation Area.
