1. the land described in the First Schedule is vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1107281, subject to a marginal strip 5m wide, pursuant to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and the right to convey electricity marked A on SO 515979 created by Easement Instrument 12652972.1; and
2. the land described in the Second Schedule is vested and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1107254, subject to a marginal strip 5m wide, pursuant to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and the right to convey electricity marked B on SO 515979 created by Easement Instrument 12652972.1

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
