Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule is set apart for public infrastructure purposes, and shall remain vested in the Central Hawke’s Bay District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
