- Pursuant to section 114 the land in the First Schedule is declared road, which shall vest in the Tararua District Council; and
- Pursuant to section 119 the land in the Second Schedule is declared severance and amalgamated with the balance of the land in Record of Title WN42A/631 subject to Mortgage 6036158.4 (and Variation of Mortgage 7562876.1) and Mortgage 7656665.1; and
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 the portion of road described in the Third Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the balance of the land in Record of Title WN42A/631 subject to Mortgage 6036158.4 (and Variation of Mortgage 7562876.1) and Mortgage 7656665.1; and
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the balance of the land in Record of Title WN56A/998 subject to Mortgage 6036158.4 (and Variation of Mortgage 7562876.1) and Mortgage 7656665.1; and
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the balance of the land in Record of Title WN56A/997 subject to Mortgage 6036158.4 (and Variation of Mortgage 7562876.1) and Mortgage 7656665.1; and
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 the portion of road described in the Sixth Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the balance of the land in Record of Title WN42A/632 subject to Mortgage 8257029.2; and
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 the portion of road described in the Seventh Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1048179
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
