A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 321 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, the Right Honourable Dame Cindy Kiro, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road vested in the Horowhenua District Council.
