Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand:

  1. declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for a local purpose (esplanade) reserve and shall vest in the Kapiti Coast District Council, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, Part 4A of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, existing Encumbrances 11548397.1 and 11504884.1, a right (in gross) to convey gas created by Easement Instrument 11805554.1, and Land Covenant (in gross) created by Covenant Instrument 12467318.4;
  2. declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for a recreation reserve and shall vest in the Kapiti Coast District Council, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, Part 4A of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, existing Encumbrance 11548397.1, a right (in gross) to convey gas created by Easement Instrument 11805554.1 and Land Covenant (in gross) created by Covenant Instrument 12467318.4

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
