Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Hauraki District Council, excluding mineral interests affecting Lot 1, DPS 63552 reserved by section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 3 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, sections 6 and 8 of the Mining Act 1971, and sections 5 and 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.
