Pursuant to section 52(1)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule is set apart for use in connection with a road, subject to the deed of easement embodied in Register WN43C/269 and the unregistered easement marked C on DP 74731 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
