Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation dated 30 June 2017, pursuant to section 10 of the Reserves Act 1977, Jason Marris, Chief Executive Officer, Kaipara District Council, has authorised the exchange of the recreation reserve land described in the First Schedule for the fee simple land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule shall be held as recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
