Heretaunga Tamatea Claims Settlement Act 2018—Vesting of Cape Kidnappers Nature Reserve
Pursuant to section 78(5) of the Heretaunga Tamatea Claims Settlement Act 2018, the Minister of Conservation notifies that the fee simple estate of that part of the Cape Kidnappers Nature Reserve, described in the Schedule, vests in the trustees of the Heretaunga Tamatea Settlement Trust on the vesting date, being 18 August 2023.
