Under section 12(5) of the Reserves Act 1977 the undersigned, with the prior written agreement of the local authority, declares that the local purpose reserve, described in the Schedule, ceases to be vested in and administered by the Buller District Council, and instead vests in the Crown and further classifies the land in the Schedule as historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
