Pursuant to section 20, Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minster for Land Information New Zealand, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for cycleway purposes and shall vest in the Waitaki District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Pursuant to section 48, declares that easements are created for:
1. A right to convey water appurtenant to the balance land comprised in Record of Title OT13D/1070 and shown as Section 2 on SO 567298 over the portion of land described in the Schedule to this notice as shown marked C on SO 567298 with the rights and powers of covenants implied and attaching as set out in Schedule 5 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2018, as if the same were fully set out herein; and
2. A right to convey water and a right of way appurtenant to the balance land comprised in Record of Title OT13D/1070 and shown as Section 2 on SO 567298 over portion of land described in the Schedule to this notice as shown marked B on SO 567298 with the rights and powers of covenants implied and attaching as set out in Schedule 5 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2018, as if the same were fully set out herein.
