Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Waimate District Council, free of encumbrances on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(3)(a), the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land contained in Record of Title CB38B/1037 subject to the rights, interests and mortgage instrument 12248478.2 contained therein on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
