Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Nina Weir, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

1. Pursuant to sections 20 and 114 of the Act, and pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is declared road and vested in the Crown; and
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Act, the road in the Second Schedule to this notice is stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3) of the Act, amalgamated with the balance of the land in Record of Title HBE3/1172, subject to part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
