Severance Taken—Adjoining State Highway 1, Ward, Marlborough District
Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 34 of the Public Works Act 1981, Fiona Doyle, General Manager, New Zealand Railways Corporation, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is taken as severance and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
