Classification of Reserve Land
Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to the delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Ashburton District Council hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a Local Purpose (Utility) Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
