- Pursuant to section 52 declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (shared use path) and shall vest in the Crown
- Pursuant to section 116 declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and pursuant to Section 52 is set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (shared use path) and shall vest in the Crown
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
