Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council hereby amends the notice Revocation of a Notice Relating to Reserves and Issue of a Fresh Notice dated 4 March 2008, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 March 2008, No. 58, page 1645, by deleting the land secondly described in the Second Schedule to that notice and replacing it with the land described below.
