Under section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Matamata-Piako District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 22 March 2023, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classifies it as recreation reserve.
