Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and a delegation from the Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, I, Matthew Bradley, Manager Land and Property, Crown Property, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amend the notice dated 13 February 2023, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 February 2023, Notice No 2023-ln657, by making the following addition to Schedule 4:

“Right to Drain Water easement as described in Transfer 99878 affecting part of Part Lot 1 DP 3786 contained in RT CB20B/771 for the benefit of Lots 109 and 402 DP 582782”
