Pursuant to section 236(5) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, declares that the land use restriction created in the Gazette Notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 2002, Notice No. 114, page 3059 (registered as 5331252.4 on Record of Title 813338) to be revoked.
