1. the portion of road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3) amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA32C/110 subject to Mortgages 7486073.1 and 11891406.2; and Encumbrances 11197097.15 and 12405982.1
2. the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3) amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA32C/109 subject to Mortgages 11555300.3 and 11891406.2; and Encumbrance 12405982.1
3. the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3) amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA32C/111 subject to Mortgages 10207276.3 and 11891406.2; and Encumbrances 11197097.15 and 12405982.1

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
