Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Nina Weir, Land Information New Zealand:

1. pursuant to sections 20 and 114 of the Public Works Act 1981 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired and declared road and shall vest in the Auckland Council subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 as to the firstly, secondly and thirdly described land in the First Schedule hereto and excepting thereout, pursuant to section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928, any mines of coal or other minerals not taken by conveyance 109330 (R29.476) as to the eighthly described land in the First Schedule hereto; and
2. pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Auckland Council together with an appurtenant water supply and electricity right over Part Lot 8 DP 135480 shown marked “A” on DP 156041 created by Transfers C496792.2, C496792.3, C496792.4 and C496792.5 as to the firstly described land in the Second Schedule hereto

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
