Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3) of the Act, amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 564340 subject to Mortgage 11750597.5 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
