Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated 28 November 2022 which was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln5444, in respect of land comprised in Record of Title 385892.
