Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Deepal Chand, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Declares pursuant to sections 17 and 20 that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for fire and emergency purposes and shall vest in Fire and Emergency New Zealand on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Declares pursuant to section 52 that the land in the Second Schedule is hereby set apart for fire and emergency purposes and shall vest in Fire and Emergency New Zealand on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
