Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and a delegation from the Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, I, Matthew Bradley, Manager Land and Property, Crown Property, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amend the notice dated 20 December 2022, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 December 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln5693, by adding the following interest to Schedule 4:

Right of Way easement created by Transfer 515445 over Area A on DP 588801 for the benefit of CB828/6 only.
