replacing the phrase:

“Rangiwaea 4F16 4A Block (Record of Title WN229/254)”

with the following legal description:

“Rangiwaea 4F16, 4A2 Block delineated on ML509758 (being formerly part of Rangiwaea No.4F No. 16 Sec.4A Block contained in WN229/254 (Wellington Registry)”.
