Pursuant sections 116 and 117 to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Deepal Chand, Land Information New Zealand, declares a portion of road described in the Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3) of the Act, amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 1058792, subject to Mortgage 12371644.4 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
