Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tauranga City Council hereby changes the classification of that part of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice to historic reserve, and reclassifies that part of the recreation reserve described in the Second Schedule to this notice in terms of a more accurate area definition as recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
