Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 7 March 2023 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 March 2023, Notice No. 2023-ln896, by deleting the words.

“(held in RT 110509)”

from the Schedule of that notice and replacing them with the words

“(held in RT 1110509)”.
