Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be acquired for reserve purposes and vested in the Tasman District Council; and which becomes common marine and coastal area pursuant to section 17(1) of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011 from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
