Pursuant to section 24(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, pursuant to a resolution dated 17 May 2021 hereby changes the classification of the part of the Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule hereto to Local Purpose (Community Building) Reserve.
