Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 (“Act”)

Incorporated Society No.: 233230

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies (“Registrar”) has, following the dissolution by the Registrar on 1 February 2001 of the above-named society, directed pursuant to section 27 of the Act that the surplus assets of the society, being:

• A Westpac Bank account containing approximately $4,900

be vested in:

1. $50 to Mr Leslie Boardman for the reimbursement of costs
2. the balance of the account to Wellington Aikido Club Incorporated (1932086).

This direction shall become final on 14 September 2023. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
