Pursuant to section 94D of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Jamie William Cleine, extend the local transition period over Buller District, Westport Ward owing to the need to manage, coordinate and direct recovery activities as a result of flooding (“river”).

This extension of the transition period:
