Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 September 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Little Red Fox ECE Limited, in respect of Little Red Fox ELC Golden Bay (48128) situated at 1552 Takaka–Collingwood Highway, Golden Bay.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
