Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 June 2010, which was granted under those regulations to Kids on Broadway Limited, in respect of Kids on Broadway (30243) situated at 119 Broadway, Matamata.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
