Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 April 2022, which was granted under those regulations to PORSE In-Home Childcare (NZ) Limited, in respect of PORSE In-Home Childcare Albany S1 (55470), situated at 417A East Tamaki Road, East Tamaki, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
